This course focuses on hands-on skills, including performing CPR, and use of the AED. Through scenarios and activities, participants will also review minor injuries including muscle, bone, joint and spinal injuries.
Course meets legislation requirements for provincial/territorial worker safety and insurance boards and includes the latest first aid and CPR guidelines.
Recertification is available for valid Red Cross certificate holders, when certificates are full certification (not recertification).

This is a recertification of the most popular course we teach, and meets legislation requirements for provincial/territorial worker safety and insurance boards and includes the latest first aid and CPR guidelines.

No, all accredited First Aid and CPR courses include an in-person skills component.
Avoid disappointment, and financial loss by registering into a course approved federally, and provincially.
Participants in our courses are certified through the Canadian Red Cross.
Recertification can save you time and money. In order to recertify though, you must meet ALL of the following criteria:
- You must be the holder of a valid certificate from either the Canadian Red Cross, St. John Ambulance, Heart and Stroke Foundation or Lifesaving Society on your recertification date
- The certificate must not be expired
- The certificate must be a full course, and not a recertification.
