Standard First Aid, CPR-C, and AED is a comprehensive 13+ hour course. It is the most popular course, meeting most workplace and academic requirements. It is available as a traditional 2 day course, or as a blended course with the theory being completed online. Successful applicants will receive their Red Cross certification, valid for 3 years.
Emergency First Aid, CPR-C, and AED is an 8 hour course. It is available in a traditional or blended format. Successful applicants will receive their Red Cross certification, valid for 3 years.

Standard First Aid is our most popular course. It is a comprehensive course, covering airway, breathing and circulation emergencies, use of the AED, as well as many medical emergencies and non-emergencies.
This 13-15 hour course is traditionally completed over two full days. We also offer blended e-learning programs. This allows attendees to complete the theory portion on-line, and attend only one day in class to complete the practical during one session.
