This was by far the best 1st aid and CPR course I have ever taken. Jackie was such a fabulous instructor and offered great advice and knowledge when it came to her experiences, and others, on their First Aid encounters. I found her style of teaching to be very engaging, and how she taught the content through hands-on scenarios. 13 First Aid will leave you empowered and confident to take action should you encounter an emergency. I would absolutely recommend this course.Thank You
Jackie was a great instructor. She was very knowledgeable, helpful and actually enthusiastic about first aid which made the class fun. The course is more upbeat and comfortable than previous ones I have attended. Afterwards she even offered to stay and go over any questions or scenarios we weren’t totally comfortable with. Would definitely recommend 13 First Aid and Safety Training to anyone who needs to renew or acquire first aid/CPR training…and the added bonus is that you don’t even have to leave town!Thank You
I have attended many CPR and First Aid courses during my career and feel most prepared and ready to handle situations after 13 First Aid’s training. I have never experienced the opportunity to react to an unknown situation through role play and use the skills that I’d been taught. Excellent, relevant training with examples from real world situations where we used the training and tools that we had trained on. I cannot say enough good things about Jackie and her training.Thank You
